Please donate to our Koala Fund if you can.
In 2012 the Department of Environment, Water & Natural Resources (DEWNR), who are responsible for South Australia's wildlife, were no longer in a position to care for the increasing number of koalas needing help.
Due to this Fauna Rescue is now the largest wildlife rescue organisation in South Australia caring for sick, injured and orphaned koalas.
Our carers can receive up to 20 calls per day for koalas in need. All koalas that are rescued must undergo veterinary tests.
Fauna Rescue is a non-profit voluntary organisation.
We need help to pay these vet bills. We also need funds to obtain more equipment such as flagging poles, koala rescue cages and to build koala enclosures.
We do not receive any government funding at all. To support the koalas' needs, we rely solely on donations from the public and fundraising.
All personal donations of $2.00 and over are tax deductible.
We also welcome funding/sponsorship from any business or organisation. For more details on major funding please call 8289 0896 or email email@example.com
We do appreciate your help.
